Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seedance platform operated by Zeplik, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must create an account to use generation features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are purchased via one-time payments processed by Stripe.
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • Free credits are provided to new accounts and may be limited or modified at our discretion.
  • Credits are deducted at the time of generation. Failed generations are automatically refunded.

3. AI Generation Services

The Service provides access to AI models for generating videos, images, avatars, and other content. Generation results may vary and are not guaranteed to match specific expectations.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you generate using the Service, subject to applicable laws and the terms of the underlying AI models. You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Create deepfakes or non-consensual representations of real people
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Circumvent rate limits, abuse the API, or interfere with the Service
  • Resell access to the Service without authorization

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI model availability depends on third-party providers (fal.ai) and may change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Zeplik, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
